MUST BE BILINGUAL - speak Spanish and English.The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting, hiring and human resource duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department with your all-around knowledge.We are looking for a financial professional who is able to complete full-cycle accounting activities as assigned.The candidate's most important duty is to track and manage financial data<ul><li>Preparation of financial reports</li><li>Fact-checking accounting data</li><li>Recording financial transactions</li><li>Tracking payroll data</li><li>Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.</li><li>Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.</li><li>Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.</li><li>Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.</li><li>Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.</li><li>Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.</li><li>Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.</li><li>Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with accounting software QuickBooks online</li><li>Excellent understanding of accounting rules and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)</li><li>Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Accounting related field of study&middot;</li><li>5+ years of experience working in Accounting .</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills&middot;</li><li>Highly meticulous.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.&middot; QuickBooks, Inventory, and collections experience.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
