If you thrive in an independent environment and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we want to hear from you!Position OverviewThis unique, multi-faceted role combines bookkeeping, light HR, and administrative support. You will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring our staff is paid accurately, our clients are billed timely, and new talent is seamlessly brought onto the team.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping &amp; Financial Admin<ul><li>Manage monthly and year-end financial transactions and forms using QuickBooks Online (QBO).</li><li>Generate, review, and send accurate monthly invoices to commercial and residential clients.</li><li>Track account receivables and follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with company policy.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Employee Management<ul><li>Review and approve employee timesheets daily using QuickBooks Workforce.</li><li>Ensure accurate hours are logged for seamless payroll processing.</li><li>Process payroll weekly using QBO Payroll Services.</li></ul>HR Admin &amp; Recruiting<ul><li>Monitor and screen inbound job applications via Indeed.</li><li>Filter candidates based on our company criteria and utilize our pre-set interview templates to coordinate the next steps with qualified applicants.</li><li>Manage and monitor new hire onboarding paperwork in coordination with Area Manager and Company Owner.</li></ul>Daily Operations &amp; Support<ul><li>Monitor and respond promptly to client and employee emails.</li><li>Provide backup scheduling or communication assistance for the cleaning team during peak times or unexpected adjustments.</li><li>Maintain organized digital files and general back-office organization.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in bookkeeping, office management, or an HR administrative support role preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with both clients and cleaning staff via email and phone.</li><li>High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently.</li><li>Ready to jump in and assist with scheduling or administrative tweaks as daily operational needs change.</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience - from $28.00 per hour</li><li>Work-from-home flexibility</li><li>Flexible schedule during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30-4</li><li>A supportive, tight-knit team environment - we're looking for the right candidate to grow with our company and bring new ideas &amp; energy to the team!</li></ul>To ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience with QuickBooks Online and applicable Human Resources experience to coryanne@allseasonscleaningmt.com.
