As we expand, we&rsquo;re seeking a marketing manager to oversee digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and local service advertising.Responsibilities<ul><li>SEO Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow local search rankings, optimize content, and improve website visibility.</li><li>Google Ads &amp; Local Service Ads: Manage and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads at a strong ROI.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations.</li><li>Content &amp; Branding: Coordinate with the team on web content, blogs, and social posts to support SEO and lead generation.</li><li>Reputation &amp; Listings: Manage Google Business Profiles, online reviews, and local listings to strengthen brand presence.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and growth targets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience managing SEO and Google Ads campaigns (local service industry experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and lead tracking.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar).</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Pay: $60,000&ndash;$100,000/year (depending on experience and performance)</li><li>Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week</li><li>Benefits: PTO and growth opportunities</li><li>Culture: Supportive, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service and accuracy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What experience do you have improving website SEO and local search rankings?
