Full-Time Customer Service &amp; Service Dispatch CoordinatorJob Type: Part-Time Pay: $19.00 &ndash; $25.00 per hour Expected Hours: 15 &ndash; 40 hours per weekWe are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Customer Service &amp; Dispatch Coordinator to support our office operations. This role involves assisting the Office Manager with service calls, coordinating technician schedules, and delivering excellent customer service.Saturday availability is required, while additional weekday shifts are flexible.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Answer high-volume inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries from customers</li><li>Create and update service orders in Service Fusion</li><li>Schedule tune-ups and service plan appointments</li><li>Schedule and dispatch service calls and deliveries</li><li>Confirm customer appointments and technician ETAs</li><li>Process customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate account notes</li><li>Resolve customer concerns and escalate emergencies (such as no-heat or leaks) when necessary</li><li>Coordinate with drivers and technicians to ensure timely service</li><li>Follow established call flows/scripts and meet productivity and quality targets</li><li>Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and assist the Office Manager with service coordination</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly</li><li>Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services when needed</li><li>Build rapport with customers using strong communication and listening skills</li><li>Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1+ year of experience in customer service or inside sales (call center, service industry, or retail preferred)</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Service Fusion or similar CRM software</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm during high-volume periods, especially during winter service peaks</li><li>Reliable and detail-oriented</li><li>HVAC industry familiarity is a plus</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays during busy seasons</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Required)</li><li>HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
