<div>The Counter Sales Representative will assist customers in the showroom with purchasing, order pick-up, and provide product knowledge. We are searching for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Branch: All Tile - CCS in Indianapolis, IN</b></div>
<div><b>Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm</b></div>
<div><b>Pay: $19-$20/hr</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Provide customer service to customers with a proactive sales approach.</li>
<li>Properly enter bids, quotes, and orders for customers, managers, and outside sales personnel.</li>
<li>Take telephone sales and provide information services for customers and outside sales personnel.</li>
<li>Restock, clean, and organize shelves in the showroom.</li>
<li>Support the warehouse with fulfillment when needed.</li>
<li>Properly pull orders for customers.</li>
<li>Follow the proper opening and closing procedures.</li>
<li>Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.</li>
<li>Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<div><b><i>Education &amp; Experience</i></b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent degree.</li>
<li>1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.</li>
</ul><div><b><i>Other Qualifications</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Able to perform basic math skills and reading comprehension.</li>
<li>Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.</li>
<li>Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.</li>
<li>Able to work with computers for a long period of time.</li>
<li>Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.</li>
<li>Legally permitted to work in the United States.</li></ul></div>
