Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin and HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and HR functions, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our office and HR department. Strong communication skills with vendors and customers are essential for success in this position.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Post job advertisements, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.</li><li>Process employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave requests.</li><li>Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, and tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of company events.</li><li>Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).</li><li>Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.</li><li>Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.</li><li>Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.</li><li>Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Professional work ethic and positive attitude.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets).</li><li>Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Carrollton, TX 75006: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
