 AllWays Health is currently seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in Topeka, KS.  Position Summary
 
 
 
 As a Dental Assistant at AllWays Health, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting dental care delivery. You&rsquo;ll assist the dentist during procedures, ensure the treatment area is clean and organized, manage sterilization of instruments, and help provide a positive and comfortable experience for each patient.
 
 
 
 Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to infection control protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures; take intraoral X-rays when indicated.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the dentist by passing instruments, suctioning, and mixing materials as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-treatment care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document procedures accurately in patient records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure dental equipment is functioning properly through regular maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain inventory of dental supplies and anticipate needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Remain CPR certified and assist in dental or medical emergencies as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent AllWays Health in a professional and compassionate manner, both in the clinic and in the community.
