<ul><li>Job Overview</li></ul>All Ways Towing is hiring a part time dispatcher for a fast paced towing company. Experience preferred but will train. This job is not an at home position. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background. Must be computer efficient and be able to multitask<ul><li>Hours needed are 2nd shift Sat-Sun 2 pm- 10 pm and Mon, Thurs and Fri 5 PM-10 PM (31 hrs. total).</li><li>Must be able to train a min of 2 wks M-F 9 AM-4 PM and some Saturdays</li></ul>*<ul><li>Responsibilities</li><li>Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Monitor driver activities</li><li>Organize and coordinate calls to meet ETA's efficiently.</li></ul><ul><li>Skills</li><li>Effective communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.</li><li>Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.</li><li>Knowledge of Charleston and surrounding areas</li></ul>*Pay: From $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 31.0 per weekWork Location: In person
