Allaire Rehab and Nursing is a newly renovated nursing home is seeking Companion Aides to be a part of our growing team 
Observation Aide Benefits: All Shifts- 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, &amp; 11p- 7am WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE<ul><li>

Observation Aide Requirements:<ul><li>Assisting with the front desk duties as needed</li><li>Passing of ice waters each shift</li><li>Passing of snacks as needed</li><li>Making the beds and assisting with the rooms remaining &ldquo;neat&rdquo; that the new admission rooms have essential needs including call-bells, remotes, fully made beds with pillows, etc.</li><li>New Admission &ndash; assisting them to feel at home and settled in their room (unpacking and gathering clothing that will need labeling)</li><li>Accompany the residents on their needed appointments or outings</li><li>Maintain open communication between clients and their families as a liaison</li><li>Companionship 1:1 if assigned as needed</li><li>Assist during meal time with passing, feeding and collecting of the trays</li></ul>
Must Haves:<ul><li>Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect</li><li>Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner</li></ul></div>
