Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our medical practice. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office workflows, maintain high standards of patient care, manage staff, and support providers so that the practice runs smoothly and effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the medical office, including scheduling, patient flow, and front-desk activities</li><li>Supervise and support administrative and clinical support staff</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and privacy standards</li><li>Oversee billing, coding coordination, insurance verification, and revenue cycle processes</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation</li><li>Manage office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships</li><li>Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations</li><li>Address patient concerns and ensure excellent patient service</li><li>Implement and improve office procedures and operational efficiency</li><li>Serve as a liaison between providers, staff, and external partners</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)</li><li>3&ndash;5+ years of experience in medical office administration or healthcare management</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and EHR systems</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment</li><li>Proficiency with medical office software and Microsoft Office</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience managing multi-provider practices</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations</li><li>Experience with practice management and scheduling systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and EHR systems</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment</li><li>Proficiency with medical office software and Microsoft Office</li></ul>Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
