!!!!Urgent Openings for International Voice Process!!!!HR contact: 9130000513Allegiance Global Data Solutions is recruiting Customer Service representative for an International USA based process at its office in Pimple Nilak (PCMC-Pune-Maharashtra).Position Summary:<ul><li>The Customer Service representative will assist in organizing, prioritizing, facilitating, and monitoring the orders through clients system.</li><li>Manage and prioritize caseload of clients.</li><li>Place Order by identifying and assigning a qualified local vendor within established time frames.</li><li>Create/maintain reports to track assignments from order date through final completion</li><li>Maintain communication with Vendors and Client.</li><li>Replying to customer email, confirming the scheduling of appointments, willingness to take direction and be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibilities</li><li>Perform other duties and special projects as assigned</li><li>Communicates and explains the progress of products/services to customers through establishing relationships and building strong rapport with our vendors.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.</li><li>Experience with customer relations and possess strong phone skills</li><li>Technology savvy is a MUST.
