Senior Data Platform Engineer</div><div></div><div>
This position serves as the senior technical expert for Data Hub processes within the Global Data &amp; Analytics Team, owning the design and implementation of data ingestion, transformation, and transmission workflows for the Operational Data Hub. The Senior Data Platform Engineer is the go-to authority for Data Hub architecture and processes, while actively contributing technical expertise to enterprise data structure design in partnership with the Data Architect. What You Will Do:</div><ul><li>

Implement advanced transformation and enrichment frameworks that leverage enterprise data structures designed by the Data Architect.</li><li>

Design and implement Data Hub governance controls, including security, compliance, and operational best practices for data processing workflows.</li><li>
Optimize Data Hub performance and cloud resource utilization, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.</li><li>
Document Data Hub architectures and technical patterns comprehensively, creating runbooks, design guides, and knowledge base articles.</li><li>

What You Need to Succeed:</div><div></div><ul><li>
5-7 years of experience designing and implementing data hub solutions, operational data platforms, or similar data processing architectures.</li><li>
Expert-level experience owning data pipeline architectures, including event-driven patterns, real-time processing, and batch workflows.</li><li>
Advanced expertise architecting serverless solutions with Azure Function Apps or equivalent compute services for data processing at scale.</li><li>
Deep experience with data hub processes including ingestion patterns, transformation frameworks, orchestration, and operational monitoring.</li><li>
Advanced experience designing and optimizing Azure SQL Databases or similar platforms for operational data storage within hub architectures.</li><li>
Expert SQL skills with proven ability to optimize queries, design efficient processing logic, and contribute to data modeling discussions.</li><li>
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture principles, with ability to contribute technical expertise to data structure and modeling decisions.</li><li>
Proven ability to collaborate with Data Architects, providing Data Hub process perspective on data structure designs and enterprise models.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in data integration patterns involving ERP systems, APIs, and enterprise application data flows.</li><li>
Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, or similar platforms, understanding how Data Hub processes interact with enterprise data layers.</li><li>
Proven track record of owning complex Data Hub architectures and delivering technical solutions independently.</li><li>
Strong mentorship capabilities with experience guiding engineers on Data Hub patterns, pipeline development, and operational best practices.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills for Data Hub operational challenges, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.</li><li>
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code for automating Data Hub deployments and configuration management.</li><li>

We are seeking an Associate AI Engineer with strong foundational software engineering skills and an interest in building and operating generative AI applications. You will work with senior engineers to develop AI-powered services, integrate LLMs into product workflows, and learn best practices for secure, observable, and maintainable AI systems in production.</div><div></div><div><i>

What You&rsquo;ll Do (Major Responsibilities)</div><ul><li>
Build AI-enabled features and services by implementing components of production applications that integrate LLMs and other generative models under guidance from senior engineers.</li><li>
Support context engineering and agent workflows by helping implement prompt templates, tool/function calling, retrieval (RAG) components, and evaluation approaches.</li><li>
Contribute to APIs and integrations by developing and maintaining RESTful endpoints and service-to-service integrations for AI capabilities.</li><li>
Assist with CI/CD and testing by adding unit/integration tests, supporting deployment workflows, and helping automate basic checks for AI services and model-related code.</li><li>
Participate in reliability and observability by responding to alerts with the team, reviewing logs/metrics, assisting in incident triage, and contributing to post-incident follow-ups.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and platform partners to understand requirements and deliver incremental improvements.</li><li>
Contribute to code quality and documentation through code reviews (as a reviewer and reviewee), clear PRs, and maintain technical notes and runbooks.</li><li>
Run reproducible experiments by documenting results, tracking configurations, and helping maintain reusable utilities for evaluation and prototyping.</li></ul><div></div><div>
What you need to succeed:</div><ul><li>
0&ndash;3 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, projects, or full-time) in software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering</li><li>
Proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript (or willingness to learn for integration work)</li><li>
Experience building applications in React</li><li>
Experience building or consuming REST APIs (coursework/projects acceptable)</li><li>
Exposure to at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) through coursework, labs, or projects</li><li>
Basic understanding of software engineering fundamentals: version control (Git), debugging, testing, and code organization</li><li>
Strong communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and comfort working in a collaborative team environment</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Project experience with generative AI/LLMs, including prompt engineering and/or RAG patterns</li><li>
