The Lead Plumber leads, trains, oversees, and participates in the work of plumbing staff responsible for performing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures; provides technical and specialized assistance to Management.</p><div></div><p><b><br>
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls, including but not limited to costs, planning, scheduling, supervision and personnel management.</li><li>
Manage projects from estimation to completion and work directly with management.</li><li>
Review drawings, ensure accurate document preparation</li><li>
Ensures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed</li><li>
Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety goals</li><li>
Determine and define project scope and objectives.</li><li>
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner</li><li>
Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion</li><li>
Provide leadership and development to project team</li><li>
Ability to interact professionally and communicate with employees with expectations and direction regarding schedules, construction methods, company policies and procedures, permits, safety, quality control and other performance standards.</li><li>
Understand project specifications, and the scope of work and see that they are fully performed in the field.</li><li>
Must be capable of managing a crew to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects on time and on budget while holding to a high-quality standard.</li><li>
Special projects may be assigned as required by the business.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
Minimum Qualifications</b></p></div><div><ul><li>
High School degree or equivalent.</li><li>
5 years&rsquo; work experience in plumbing maintenance and repair work.</li><li>
Must be 18+ years of age.</li><li>
Ability to safely operate machinery.</li><li>
Valid US driver&rsquo;s license and a clean driving record.</li><li>
Must pass a security background check.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
