This dual role involves managing our online presence and executing essential tasks assigned by leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media management, digital marketing tools, and creative content creation to boost brand visibility and engagement. Experience with SEO, graphic design, and analytics is highly valued for developing impactful campaigns and maintaining a consistent brand image. We seek a self-directed, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a proven track record in both social media and office management.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Content: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to engage younger audiences. Create compelling content (text, images, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, utilizing tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Engagement &amp; Growth: Monitor social media trends, adapt strategies for maximum engagement, and manage campaigns to expand our reach. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate positive relationships.</li><li>SEO &amp; Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for SEO, and monitor social listening channels to gain audience insights. Manage advertising campaigns (including Facebook Advertising) to ensure targeted outreach and effective budget utilization.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Optimization: Analyze web and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign performance, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Brand &amp; PR: Maintain consistent messaging across all channels to support branding initiatives. Handle public relations activities, engage with followers, manage influencer relationships, and professionally respond to inquiries.</li><li>E-commerce Support: Assist with tasks such as updating product listings and coordinating promotional campaigns.</li><li>Quality Control: Proofread marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.</li></ul>Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:<ul><li>General Support: Provide administrative support for various departments and multiple businesses as needed.</li><li>Scheduling &amp; Communication: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems for marketing projects and other administrative tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing: Proven experience in social media marketing (especially for younger demographics), social media management, digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, keyword research, web analytics, social listening (Hootsuite/Buffer), and paid social campaigns (Facebook Advertising).</li><li>Creative &amp; Technical: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Suite, and video editing. Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding.
