COMPENSATION:<ul><li>
$17.00 per hour + $5,000-$30,000 in commission per month</li><li>
Commission earnings are UNCAPPED</li></ul>

WHAT YOU'LL DO:<ul><li>
Handle the full cycle of sales for inbound and outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls, and successfully close deals.</li><li>
Provide information about our program and its benefits</li><li>
Utilize different verbal sales methods of communicating with potential clients</li><li>
Emphasizes service features based on analyses of customers&rsquo; needs and on knowledge of programs and services</li><li>
Drive value of product to client - upsell products</li><li>
Accurately track all communications in CRM system</li><li>
Follow-up with clients to ensure that they understand the service and are moving forward with contract/agreement</li><li>
Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs, placing an emphasis on educating potential clients of their options</li><li>
Manage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met</li></ul>
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:<ul><li>
A hungry, money-motivated work ethic and drive</li><li>
Highly motivated with excellent people and listening skills</li><li>
Debt, mortgage, finance, or sales experience preferred</li><li>
Phone sales and call center experience with ability to close</li><li>
Positive and high energy attitude is a must</li><li>
Ability to prioritize and follow-up with clients in a timely manner</li><li>
Problem solving; ability to constructively handle unexpected problems</li><li>
Strong Analytical and technology (CRM) skills</li><li>
Must be comfortable with computers, internal software, and phone systems</li><li>

JOB TYPE: Full-time, non-exempt
SCHEDULE: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (shift times &amp; days may vary based on staffing needs) 
 
LOCATION: Remote in Arizona, Texas, Florida only
