ABC with ABA is looking for dedicated experienced RBTs to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join the ABC with ABA team as we help increase access to life changing care!Position:As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be managed and supervised by one of our experienced BCBAs as you implement life-changing care directly in the child&rsquo;s home. You will work directly with clients, helping them learn new skills and reach key developmental milestones, all with the support of ABC with ABA&rsquo;s best-in-class technology and operations team.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child&rsquo;s home setting</li><li>Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive</li><li>Collect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress and celebrate milestones using ABC with ABA&rsquo;s proprietary technology</li><li>Partner closely with your BCBA and help inform treatment plans and to effectively implement treatment plans specific to each client&rsquo;s needs</li><li>Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>Minimum high-school degree or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred</li><li>Active RBT certification required</li><li>Must pass a background check, MVR, OIG, and Federal / State required healthcare sanction checks</li><li>Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>TB test and proof of other health screenings / immunizations required</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Mindful and attentive to the safety of the client and surroundings</li><li>Sustained physical activity may be required for up to 60 minutes</li><li>Behavior therapy activities may require playing interacting with clients on the floor</li><li>Activities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay depending on market, experience, and qualifications</li><li>State-of-the-art technology developed by ABC with ABA to streamline care and improve eliminate paperwork and administrative burden for providers</li><li>An opportunity to deepen your professional skill set under the direct management and supervision of an ambitious and empathetic BCBA</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits may be available for full-time employees</li></ul>Why Join ABC with ABA?<ul><li>Mission-driven: ABC with ABA is committed to delivering the highest standard of care to all clients.
