Role Objective:
The primary function of this role is to support in all aspects of materials needs within Fly Alliance Charter and Fly Alliance Maintenance.
Essential Job Tasks:<ul><li>
Coordinate shipments by various carriers &ndash; both incoming and outgoing.</li><li>
Coordinate with all departments to fulfill specific and ongoing inventory and shipping needs.</li><li>
Track inventory and communicate all products shortages to the Director of Parts Sales in a timely manner.</li><li>
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data in the Corridor system by regularly updating records, verifying information, and addressing discrepancies promptly.</li><li>
Assist with overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations and ensure all areas have adequate tools and supplies.</li><li>
Coordinate general facility maintenance.</li><li>
Multi-tasking effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and providing timely communication of projects(s) status.</li><li>
Providing exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, to our customers, vendors, and other team members.</li><li>
Completing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, working independently to solve problems.</li><li>
Monitoring office supply stock and assisting with ordering as needed.</li><li>
Clean and maintain appearance of fleet vehicles.</li><li>
Clean and maintain warehouse and office space.</li></ul>

Work Environment:<ul><li>
Frequently lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 20 lbs or more.</li><li>
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching.</li><li>
Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.</li><li>
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.</li><li>
Requires attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks.</li><li>
Occasional need to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>
Working in a variety of conditions such as outdoor loading docks, or warm warehouse spaces, depending on the season.</li><li>
Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others.</li></ul>
Required Education/Experience:<ul><li>
Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position.</li></ul>
