 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of property, employees, and visitors
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting individuals as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Document incidents and complete detailed reports promptly and accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying potential security risks
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 1 year of security experience (prior military experience is highly encouraged)
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid New York State Security Guard License (must not expire within the next 90 days)
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid State ID
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid FDNY F-04 Fire Guard Credential (Required)
 </li>
 <li>
 High-level customer service or hospitality experience is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have experience in corporate security environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
