General description Alliance Counseling is a mental health group practice looking for an administrative assistant for the practice owner. We are seeking someone who is:<ul><li>Reliable, detail oriented, and well organized</li><li>Skilled at managing time, planning ahead, and setting priorities</li><li>Flexible, eager to learn, and resourceful when solving problems</li><li>Communicates clearly and professionally</li><li>Handles confidential information with care and discretion</li><li>Bonus: experience in therapy/healthcare admin, billing, bookkeeping, or systems like QuickBooks or Therapy Notes</li></ul>Interview process<ul><li>Phone screen</li><li>First round interview with clinical director</li><li>Final round interview with practice owner</li></ul>Salary range<ul><li>$17-$12 per hour, based on experience</li><li>Part-time: 10-20 hours per week with potential to become full-time</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Benefits eligible position</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
