What will your workday include?</b></p><ul><li><p>
Manage applicant tracking and support recruitment efforts, including drafting, and posting jobs, screening candidates, and interviewing as needed.</p></li><li><p>
Facilitate employee onboarding, including creating and maintaining relevant materials, completing background and reference checks, preparing offer letters, processing new hire paperwork, and updating new hire data in the HR system to ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Facilitate employee offboarding, including creating and maintaining relevant materials, processing offboarding communications and COBRA notices, and updating data in HR systems.</p></li><li><p>
Administer benefit plans, including facilitating open enrollment for qualifying employees and as needed. Review and reconcile benefit carrier invoices.</p></li><li><p>
Administer leaves and workers compensation benefits.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.</p></li><li><p>
Manage data and processes in HRIS system. Maintain electronic employee files.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in responding to employee relations issues in partnership with the supervisor.</p></li><li><p>
Support management with administration of employee performance reviews.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate and/or facilitate staff development programs.</p></li><li><p>
Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures, including updates to the employee handbook and other documents.</p></li><li><p>
Other projects as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Position Details:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Full Time 40 hours per week, with attendance at staff meetings and occasional night and weekend events outside of regular hours required.</p></li><li><p>
Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's degree required</p></li><li><p>
2-3 years of progressive work experience in human resources and payroll operations</p></li><li><p>
Experience with Paychex or other HRIS and payroll systems strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency with Excel and working knowledge of the full Office 365 suite</p></li><li><p>
Experience working in a healthcare/human services setting preferred</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated proficiency with written and verbal communications</p></li><li><p>
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

<p><b>POSITION PURPOSE:</b></p>
<ul><li>Assess and evaluate the quality of care being given to Alliance facility residents per CMS guidelines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversees and Ensures completion of MDS interviews and assessments following the RAI process.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensuries regulatory compliance of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care by following federal and state guidelines.
</li></ul><p><b>INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS:</b></p>
<ul><li>Coordinate with facility team to ensure implementation of the residents&rsquo; plan of care, assessments, and education.</li></ul>

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:</b></p>
<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (LPN, RN, or BSN). RN preferred.
</li></ul><p><b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</b></p>
<ul><li>Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position and its location. Regular and consistent attendance at the facilities as needed.</li></ul>
<p><b>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</b></p>
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting. Prior MDS/RAI experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated clinical assessment skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines related to skilled nursing.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Serves as corporate lead for either short stay PDPM PPS MDS process or OBRA based long term care OBRA MDS (including MA based Medicaid PDPM based payment process).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review the current AHMS Clinical Reimbursement (CR) Policies and Procedures for respective area, recommend modifications.
</li></ul><ul><li>Determine compliance with established policy. Develop and utilize a facility reporting process to ensure facility compliance with established policies. This includes both remote monitoring and onsite audits.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Evaluate current clinical reimbursement documentation forms and assessments to ensure facilities capture the care provided and maximize reimbursement.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide CR transition training to the organization to ensure that trainees gain functional knowledge, and the organization is prepared for the transition.
</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a resource to CR staff for problem solving and real time education as needed for respective area.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that all submissions are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with current rules and regulations.
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct random audits of active and previously submitted MDS&rsquo;s.</li></ul>
