 General Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Quality Management, Chemistry, Pharmacy, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in quality management systems and regulatory assurance in the pharmaceutical or wholesale industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledgeable about legal requirements and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Military service completed for male candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing in or able to reside in Istanbul or surrounding areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in English
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Play an active role in the development and transition of the Quality Management System to electronic approval processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee QA aspects, including deviations, change control, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and self-inspection activities to maintain high-quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and update quality management standards and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Quality Assurance reports for significant issues and report them to the Division
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement, track and report findings from quality audits conducted at branches
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and manage potential quality risks to ensure high standards are maintained
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company-established requirements for quality management in all processes within the scope of responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor quality-related activities conducted at branches
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct branch visits and inspections, prepare Nonconformity Reports, and present them to branch management while tracking quality management activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly Quality Management KPI reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Track decisions made in quality management meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the integration of all pharmaceutical products into the ITS (Turkish Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System) and non-pharmaceutical products into UTS for accurate tracking and compliance
 </li>
