Start your afternoon on-site in Ripon, WI, step into a fast-paced manufacturing floor, and take ownership of the machines that keep production moving. You&rsquo;ll read diagrams and manuals, grab the right hand and power tools, and dive into troubleshooting. One moment you&rsquo;re commissioning a new machine; the next you&rsquo;re testing a hydraulic circuit or verifying a conveyor&rsquo;s performance with precision instruments. Throughout the shift, you&rsquo;ll log work in a CMMS, analyze operation data, and recommend actions that cut downtime and boost reliability.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h3><ul><li>
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring/testing instruments per diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specs</li><li>
Service and troubleshoot motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines</li><li>
Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures</li><li>
Perform regular technical testing to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency</li><li>
Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify improvement opportunities</li><li>
Recommend and implement actions to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability</li><li>
Utilize a CMMS to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Standard Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 3pm &ndash; 1pm</li><li>
Hourly Rate: $30.96 - $34.53, commensurate with experience and qualifications</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you bring</b></h3><ul><li>
Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years work experience required</li><li>
Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

As the Finishing Value Stream Supervisor, you&rsquo;ll be the first-line leader guiding a high-performing crew through a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing shift. Your north star: safety first, continuous improvement always, and servant leadership that builds an engaged, motivated team.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Location &amp; Schedule</b></h2>
<ul><li>Based in Ripon, WI</li>
<li>Second shift: Monday&ndash;Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am</li>
<li>Occasional overtime on Fridays from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm</li>

You arrive ready to set the tone: a safe, efficient, and respectful environment. You huddle with team leaders, confirm production priorities, and walk the floor to reinforce safe practices and verify PPE use. You remove barriers for your team, connect with technical staff for support, and keep operations aligned to schedule while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Lead</b></h2>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations.</li>
<li>Stay current on evolving safety standards and implement updates promptly.</li>
<li>Enforce company safety procedures and verify proper PPE usage (e.g., bump caps, gloves, eye protection).</li>
<li>Promote ergonomic best practices: adjustable workstations, proper seating, and regular breaks.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking; empower every team member to contribute ideas.</li>
<li>Ensure employees are effectively trained by Team Leaders or designated trainers in safety, quality, equipment operation, and 6S.</li>
<li>Interface with technical staff to secure timely support for your area.</li>
<li>Set annual goals and objectives that align with operating metrics.</li>
<li>Continuously improve processes and work to reduce inventories and work-in-progress.</li>
<li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and partner with Union Stewards on contract and discipline issues.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h2>
<ul><li>Proven servant leadership mindset with the ability to lead by example.</li>
<li>One to three years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing preferred.</li>
<li>Prior manufacturing supervision experience preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred.</li>
<li>Professional, internship, or co-op experience will be considered as relevant experience.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills &amp; Behaviors</b></h2>
