How You&rsquo;ll Lead</b></h3><ul><li>
Coach new team members from day one, ensuring a confident start and steady growth.</li><li>
Host concise pre-shift meetings that keep safety, quality, HR, and throughput front and center.</li><li>
Champion safety: confirm PPE is used correctly and procedures are followed.</li><li>
Strengthen the system: collect improvement ideas, test changes, and sustain gains.</li><li>
Track performance with clarity&mdash;own KPIs, Hour-by-Hour Boards, and work stacks.</li><li>
Standardize the work: build, maintain, and audit Team Member Standard Work.</li><li>
Reinforce discipline on the floor with 5S audits and Dupont Stop Observations.</li><li>
Use SAP to support production accuracy and flow.</li><li>
Hand off cleanly: communicate across shifts with other Team Leads and Leaders.</li><li>
Raise flags early&mdash;escalate issues to the Group Leader to remove roadblocks.</li><li>
Resolve conflicts through coaching, with support from Group and Area Leaders.</li><li>
Contribute wherever needed to keep the line moving.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
When You&rsquo;ll Work</b></h3><p>
Second shift: 3 pm&ndash;1 am, Monday through Thursday, plus Friday overtime when required.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ve Mastered</b></h3><ul><li>
Leading people in work or volunteer settings.</li><li>
Manufacturing process know-how (preferred).</li><li>
Servant leadership with a people-first mindset.</li><li>
Sharp communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Proven leadership experience.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical &amp; Pre-Employment Essentials</b></h3><ul><li>
Comfort with standing for long periods; ability to sit; manual dexterity; stooping and bending.</li><li>
Pre-employment physical with a baseline ability to lift at least 50 pounds.</li><li><b>
