Alliance Steel, Inc. is seeking Painters to join our growing team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to these surfaces. Painters may also perform touch-ups or coordinate large painting projects related to the construction industry.
Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To:<ul><li>Preparing painting surfaces by means of air or wiping with solvent, removing old paint.</li><li>Applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces</li><li>Preparing the surrounding area by covering with cloth or plastic to prevent messes</li><li>Taping off areas as needed</li><li>Any other duties assigned</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Experience painting a plus</li><li>Previous work experience in a manufacturing company a plus</li><li>Bilingual a plus</li><li>Applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time.</li><li>Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.</li><li>Able to follow all safety procedures.</li></ul></div>
