Our innovative technologies empower healthcare organizations, including dentists and dental practices across the United Kingdom, as well as Dental Services Organizations (DSOs), providing them with the skills and tools needed to excel in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.Job Description:As a Dental Associate at Alliance Worldwide Health-tech, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall operations in our DSO's based in the UK. You will be responsible for Patient Care Management, Procurement-Ordering, Compliance &amp; Claims, Equipment&rsquo;s Repair and spare parts handling. While clinical experience is not required, candidates with a background or interest in dentistry will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Managing the Operations of all the Dental Practices of Alliance Dental in UK.Managing in terms of Compliance and Claims.&middot; Keeping check on the Dentist's invoices raised and mitigating the over dues paid to the dentist. (Overpayment of Dentists)Managing the Equipment&rsquo;s maintenance and Repair and Hand Piece Repair.Managing the Spare Parts.Maintain accurate patient records and update relevant information as necessary.Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.Keeping track of the Patient&rsquo;s refund status and do the needful.&middot; Keeping track of the Patient's Treatment Charges.Keeping track of the Patient's Medical History.Private Lists and Debt Lists of Dentists.Ensure that the dental practice complies with all UK govt Regulations (CQC) (NHS) (GDC)Documentation and Record Keeping as per the Guidelines.Managing the Software's used in Dental Practices of Alliance Dental in UK which includes &ndash; Dentally, R4 &amp; SOE.Managing Lab Bills and Invoices.Requirements:Graduation in Dentistry or related field (Mandatory).Basic Knowledge of MS-Office.1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a UK process.Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good to Have:Non-clinical experience in the dental industry.Familiarity with dental practice management software.Why Join Us:Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career growth and development opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.If you are passionate about leveraging your dental expertise in a non-clinical role and are looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the healthcare industry, we encourage you to apply for the position of Dental Associate at Alliance Worldwide Health-tech.
