 Business Development Manager (BDM)
 
 with proven experience in

 GCC markets
 
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting customized outsourcing solutions across diverse sectors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 :
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and develop new business opportunities across
 
 GCC countries
 
 (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a strong client pipeline through
 
 networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute
 
 sales strategies
 
 to promote BPO services &ndash; back-office support, data management, customer service, and IT-enabled solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends, and competitive insights in the GCC outsourcing market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver compelling
 
 presentations, proposals, and quotations
 
 tailored to regional business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and close high-value contracts ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, and project delivery) for seamless service transition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring account growth and retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at
 
 GCC trade shows, business expos, and networking forums
 
 .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3+ years of proven experience
 
 in BPO / ITES
 
 business development or service sales
 
 (preferably in GCC markets).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 outsourcing and service delivery models
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in dealing with
 
 clients across industries
 
 &ndash; oil &amp; gas, logistics, healthcare, finance, and government sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cultural awareness of the GCC market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to
 
 travel within GCC countries
 
 as business demand
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 </li>
 
 
 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Number of new GCC clients acquired per quarter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Revenue and profit growth from GCC business accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Client retention rate and satisfaction score.
 </li>
 <li>
 Timeliness and effectiveness in proposal submissions and deal closures.
 </li>
