Oversee all service and inspection processes</li><li>
Monitor and report on metrics involving revenue, gross margin, and productivity</li><li>
Develop/implement/continuously improve process to convert installation clients to inspection sales</li><li>
Assist in the growth of alarm/extinguisher/suppression service and inspection business</li><li>
Oversee audits and work instructions improvement process to insure integrity and relevance</li><li>
Seek out opportunities for multi-office service premier or national accounts</li><li>
Coordinate service operations with Premier Accounts to ensure that customer needs are being met</li><li>
Ensure that risk assessment training is delivered to service and inspection employees</li><li>
Develop/augment/update sales pricing program for inspectors and service sales</li><li>
Assist in preparation of service sales budget and resources analysis with CEO</li><li>
Propose ways to leverage technology and process improvement to increase productivity and profitability</li><li>
Travel to other offices for support with premier or national accounts</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by executive management or CEO</li></ul><div><b>

Active, Inactive, Greater than 50% Profitability</li><li>

Promote and Track Department Growth &ndash; stretch goal of 20%/year (Remodel, Service, and Inspections); department goals to be discussed annually</li><li>
Support and Ensure Team Adherence to All Company SOPs &ndash; Job Set Up, Contracts, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Accounting Processes, Subcontractors, etc.</li><li>
Ensure jobs are set up in the correct department &ndash; i.e. SC, SR, SS, SD, SI, etc.</li><li>
Ensure Inventory Control measures are in place for department</li><li>
Ensure multiple bids for Material Purchasing optimization</li><li>
Manage Subcontractors and review/approve all subcontractor invoices prior to payment</li><li>
Review Budget vs. Actual Job Costing Details and review findings with department for improvement opportunities</li><li>
Maximize Labor Production and Efficiency while maintaining quality standards</li><li>
Overhead Review &ndash; semi-annual meetings with leadership</li><li>
Maintain Quality Control in all aspects of the department</li><li>
Ensure Customer Satisfaction and respond to Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback improvement opportunities</li><li>
Reduce Turnover and Increase Retention within department</li><li>

10 years of experience in installation, service, and/or inspection of water-based fire sprinkler systems</li><li>
5+ years of experience in Business Management</li><li>
2 or more years of experience in direct profit and loss responsibility. Process management, and/or service sales</li><li>
5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler sales and/or service, preferred</li><li>
Experience with fire alarm and suppression systems, preferred</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Service Manager

Responsible for managing fire alarm installation and service projects in commercial and industrial facilities</li><li>
Develops and retains customers in every business sector that lends itself to long-term relationships to maintain sales volume and profitability according to budget</li><li>
Positively represents the company in all customer interactions</li><li>
Oversees and communicates project progression</li><li>
Develops a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets - responsible for scope of work, budgets, and current status of each project</li><li>
Monitors and manages projects to comply with safety, quality, productivity, and profitability requirements</li><li>
Understands and follows all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications</li><li>
Identifies changes in projects that impact cost, schedule and/or labor requirements</li><li>
Ensures AHJ requirements and departmental procedures are followed</li><li>
Conveys a sense of professionalism, fairness, and concern for customers, labor, and management</li><li>
Coordinates change orders in a timely manner and drives toward overall margin improvement on every job</li><li>

Support and Ensure Team Adherence to All Company SOPs &ndash; Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Accounting Processes, Subcontractors, etc.</li><li>
Awareness of Budget vs. Actual Job Costing Details and participate in meetings with the department for improvement opportunities</li><li>
Ensure Work Tickets are submitted timely and professionally with all required documentation and backup details i.e., reports, pictures, etc.</li><li>
Participate in Weekly Meetings with Team</li><li><div><ul><li>

NICET Level II or higher in fire alarm or special hazards preferred.</li></ul><p>

Minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of fire alarm installation, service, and inspections required, with 10 or more years preferred</li></ul><p>

Must have valid state driver's license and good driving record</li><li>
