Responsibilities include but not limited to:<ul><li>Enforce association's rules and regulations;</li><li>Coordinates, schedules, and attends Board meetings, which occur at night;</li><li>Prepares annual budgets;</li><li>Must have a strong understanding of Association financials and distribute to the Board of Directors;</li><li>Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely manner;</li><li>Efforts to improve and maintain property values in the community;</li><li>Oversee and coordinate all vendor services and payments;</li><li>Investigate and resolve resident issues and concerns;</li><li>Understand and follow Florida Statutes as it relates to condominium and homeowner associations;</li><li>Responds to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely fashion;</li><li>Maintain and upload documents to Allied&rsquo;s portal and payables system;</li><li>Available for emergency situations.</li></ul>Qualifications include but not limited to:<ul><li>Previous experience in condominium or HOA management;</li><li>Must have an active Florida CAM license;</li><li>Excellent communication and listening skills in order to interact with a diverse and multi culture population;</li><li>Teamwork orientated;</li><li>Ability to build rapport with Board members, residents, and vendors;</li><li>Ability to multitask, set, and manage priorities;</li><li>Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner;</li><li>Great organizational skills;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>Employee is sometimes required to work for extended periods of times; being flexible in the hours which could include nights and weekends;</li><li>Knowledge of Enumerate (formerly TOPS ONE) is a plus</li></ul>Bilingual in English and Spanish is necessary as many owners only speak Spanish.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HOA/Condo portfolio management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fort Myers, FL 33907 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
