<ul><li>Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.</li>
<li>Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.</li>
<li>Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location and post assignment.</li></ul>

<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.</li>
<li>Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities as required by site procedures.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment.</li>
<li>Participate in emergency response activities as directed, supporting the overall security-related operations of the location.</li></ul>
