Job Description</b></h2><p>
Allied Universal&reg; is seeking the position of a Landscaper.</p><p><br>
</p><p>As a Landscaper for Allied Universal&reg;, you will be responsible for operating landscape maintenance and construction hand tools as well as light equipment with the skill to satisfactorily perform the duties assigned. The successful candidate for this position will have a strong work ethic and the desire to advance within the company. This is a fast-paced work environment with quality work and efficiency being held as our highest standards. Must have experience in commercial landscape maintenance.</p><p><b><br>
</b></p><p><b>Qualifications/Requirements</b>
</p><ul><li>Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for full time positions.</li>
<li>Certain positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li><p>Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.</p></li>
<li>Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Able to:</li><li><ul><li>
Work in various working conditions and environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat for extended periods.</li>
<li>Ability to operate various equipment and machinery including high lifts, motorized tools, and vehicles.</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to grab, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, drive and operate equipment frequently and repetitively during working hours.</li></ul></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Job Description</b></h2><p>
The <b>Janitor</b> position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites. Exact tasks of janitorial crew are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties per client's specifications.</p><p><br>
</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Empty and clean all waste container. Remove waste paper and garbage from the premises to selected area; damp wipe containers.</li>
<li>Empty and clean all ash trays, monitor all sand urns supply and restore sand as required.</li>
<li>Dust all image frames, charts, graphs and wall hangings</li>
<li>Damp dust all ceiling and air condition diffusers, partition grilles, register and other ventilating louvers</li>
<li>Vacuum all mats and carpeted areas in workplace, lobbies, and corridors.</li>
<li>Hand dust and clean all office furnishings, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills and all other flat surfaces</li>
<li>Wipe clean and buff all mental hardware fixtures and added bright work</li>
<li>Appropriately clean and police tile floor services as required.</li>
<li>Damp wipe and buff all glass furnishings</li>
<li>Clean entry door glass indoors and outer surface</li>
<li>Remove all stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, and around light switches, private entry glass and dividers</li>
<li>Wash, clean and sterilize all water coolers</li>
<li>Sweep private stairways, and vacuum if carpeted</li>
<li>Clean building floors, by sweeping and mopping</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms</li></ul><p><b>
QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>
Must be able to follow written and oral directions</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position.</li></ul><br>
