We provide personalized, judgment-free, and discreet healthcare for patients across their wellness journey.We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to manage daily clinic operations, ensure a great patient experience, and coordinate with central teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible, proactive, and efficient in handling multiple tasks.Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations<ul><li>Ensure the clinic is patient-ready before doctor arrival.</li><li>Manage patient flow and provide a smooth patient experience.</li><li>Conduct daily medicine audits and weekly cash deposits.</li><li>Maintain clinic inventory (gloves, sanitizers, bags, syringes, etc.).</li></ul>Patient Feedback<ul><li>Collect patient reviews and share feedback with internal teams regularly.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Send daily clinic performance updates.</li><li>Respond to tasks from the central/city team and ensure timely closure.</li></ul>Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain good relations with clinic owners, staff, and partners.</li><li>Resolve on-ground operational issues smoothly.</li></ul>BTL Activities<ul><li>Conduct doctor visits outside Allo clinics for referrals.</li><li>Build gym and wellness centre tie-ups for awareness and lead generation.</li><li>Support on-ground marketing activities like leafleting, standees, and local events.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in clinic operations or patient-facing roles (healthcare preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital tools and MS Office.</li><li>Flexibility to travel across locations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable going on field visits to doctors and gyms for business expansion whenever required?</li><li>Are you open to work on weekends?</li><li>What is your Current CTC?</li><li>What is your Expected CTC?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Healthcare management: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
