 Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 -Part-time medical consultant for Allo Health's Offline Clinic (can be scaled to full-time)
 
 
 
 
 -Timing: 4 pm-8 pm fixed hours
 
 
 
 
 -Days: 6 days working with weekends mandatory (We get the highest demand). One day in the week between Monday and Friday will be your week off.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Eligibility:
 
 
 
 
 
 -Psychiatrists (MD/DPM/DNB)
 
 
 
 
 -MBBS doctors
 
 
 
 
 -Active Indian medical license
 
 
 
 
 -Fluent in English, Hindi &amp; Local Language
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Process:
 
 
 
 
 
 -15 days of orientation and training in the Sexual Medicine Certificate Course (done remotely)
 
 
 
 
 -Start offline duty from the clinic.

 Role Overview
 
 
 We are looking for a self-driven and analytical&nbsp;Assistant Manager &ndash; Operations&nbsp;to join our Hyderabad team. This is an&nbsp;on-ground leadership role&nbsp;managing clinic performance, frontline staff, local marketing activations, and operational efficiency.
 
 
 We're especially interested in candidates with&nbsp;QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), cloud kitchen, F&amp;B, B2C operational experience or worked in similar roles, who are skilled in handling fast-paced environments and using&nbsp;data&nbsp;to drive decision-making.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Team &amp; Clinic Operations
 
 <ul>

 Oversee day-to-day operations across Allo clinics in Hyderabad
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead field staff and manage scheduling, training, and task execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with SOPs and service quality standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Clinic &amp; Doctor Coordination
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with clinical staff and doctors
 </li>
 <li>
 Address and resolve operational or service escalations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a consistent and high-quality patient experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Data-Driven Performance
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and analyze KPIs (e.g. footfall, wait time, SLA, attendance)
 </li>
 <li>
 Use Google Sheets/Excel to run reports and identify performance gaps
 </li>
 <li>
 Present insights to central leadership with action plans
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Marketing &amp; Brand Activation
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute local marketing campaigns and in-clinic brand visibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the central team to roll out hyperlocal activations
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Allo at community events, partner locations, and activations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Business Expansion &amp; Field Insights
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify new clinic locations and partnership opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends and competitor activity
 </li>
 <li>
 Support pilot initiatives and new location launches
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 Must-Haves:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;5 years in QSR, dark kitchens, cloud kitchens, F&amp;B chains, or similar field-based B2C roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong data and performance analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on team and operations management experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Hyderabad with strong local knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Own a 2-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)
 </li>
 </ul>
