 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are currently seeking a Consultant Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation to join our team in Al Ain. As a Consultant Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to individuals with physical disabilities or impairments. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and manage patients' progress towards optimum physical functionality and well-being.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diagnose and treat patients with various physical disabilities or impairments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, symptoms, and goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct thorough evaluations and follow-up assessments to monitor patients' progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate patients and their families about the treatment methods and techniques used in their rehabilitation program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records and document all patient care activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with developments in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation and participate in continuous medical education and training activities.

 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
 </li>
 <li>
 Board certification or equivalent in Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities or impairments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

 We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Consultant NICU to join our client's team and work in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing cities in the world &ndash; Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal intensive care and a desire to make a real impact in the lives of newborns and their families.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide specialized care for critically ill or premature newborns in the NICU, from admission to discharge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor infants closely, identify any changes in their condition, and respond accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate parents on neonatal care, feeding techniques, and infant development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of patients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with advancements in neonatal care and apply new techniques and treatments when appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow safety protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and supervise junior medical staff and support the professional development of colleagues.

 Requirements

 Medical degree and board certification in neonatal intensive care or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Consultant NICU in a reputable healthcare facility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Western-trained education or experience required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
