 The Remote Scheduler will manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other scheduled activities for Alloy Software. This role ensures that calendars are accurate, appointments are confirmed, and schedules run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Schedule and confirm client appointments, demos, and internal meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary while maintaining accurate records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate across departments to avoid conflicts and ensure timely communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Send reminders and follow-ups to clients or team members as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update scheduling tools, calendars, and logs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support to assist with operational efficiency.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or office coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with scheduling software (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.

 Preferred Skills

 Previous experience in a technology or IT services environment.
 </li>

 Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools.
