<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you will do:</b></h3><ul><li>
Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - <i>No cold calling or door knocking required</i></li><li>
Earn more commission for self-generated business</li><li>
Drive to pre-set appointments</li><li>
Complete a thorough three week training program with our dedicated sales training team</li><li>
Attend weekly sales meetings</li><li>
Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Base salary plus commission during the first 6 months. Fully commission after the first 6 month of employment.</li><li>
Uncapped commission program with ability to earn over six figures in your first year</li><li>

Must Haves</b></h3><ul><li>
Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license</li><li>
Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday, <i>Saturdays are mandatory</i></li><li>
In home sales experience is preferred but not required</li><li>
Is coachable and eager to learn</li><li>
Self disciplined and money motivated</li><li>
Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.</li><li>
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Schedule</b></h3><ul><li>
Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm</li><li>
Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
