Job Description</b></p>
The Quality Assurance Consultant I is responsible for applying consulting methodology, assisting in analyzing requirements and requests of the business operations area and supporting the implementation of consulting projects through research, data analysis and recommends potential solutions. This role may lead simple projects or process design efforts.<p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Responsibilities :</b></h3><ul><li>Perform quality checks for in scope activities using approved QC parameters as per agreed sampling percentage and frequency for voice and non voice transactions.</li><li>Generate insights/ ideas through BAU and targeted audits done for process to take better business decision</li><li>Report the QC numbers to stakeholders as per agreed frequency &amp; with accuracy</li><li>Maintain &amp; lead calibration with different stakeholders and keep variance within acceptable target agreed.</li><li>Perform RCA &amp; CAPA in Collaboration with Ops TL or SME</li><li>Analyze the quality data and share ideas/action plan to improve the current process &amp; drive the improvement initiative with the help of TL or SME</li><li>Share different reports utilizing MS excel skill to relevant stakeholders such as quality trends, calibration report, etc.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Job Description</b></p>
The Employment Counsel provides legal advice and counsel in all areas of employment including pre-litigation, pre-arbitration, agency charges, compliance, accommodations, compensation, and employee separations with oversight. The Employment Counsel proactively counsels business units on workplace legal issues and risk with oversight. In consultation with other Counsels and the Director, the Counsel collaborates with and aligns on strategy, action planning, and communication with clients, business units, other areas of Law &amp; Regulation, and outside counsel. Together, these efforts help drive a confident, agile, and forward-thinking workplace where smart solutions take center stage.<p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities
</b></h3><ul><li>Provide advice and counsel to human resources and business units regarding a wide range of employment laws including joint employment, wage and hour, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, OWBPA, OSHA, Title VII, and WARN, company policies and practices.</li><li>
Drafting and responding to cease and desist letters related to employment, non-compete, or confidentiality disputes.</li><li>
Manage complex pre-litigation/arbitration and provide cost oversight.</li><li>
Provide complex training to HR on various employment law issues, terminations, reductions in force, etc.</li><li>
Provide advice and counsel to human resources and business units to drive sound workplace practices and business outcomes, including consultation with outside counsel as needed to address employees globally, including employees located in Canada, India, Mexico, and Northern Ireland.</li><li>
Manage attorney demand letters, arbitrations, and other forms of dispute handling; participate in mediation/settlement conferences and prepare/review settlement papers as appropriate.</li><li>
Review and revise responses for agency complaints and requests.</li><li>
Review assigned matters and develop strategies.</li><li>
