<div>Armed Executive Protection Officer &ndash; Los Angeles 
Position Overview
Allstate Security is seeking highly professional Armed Executive Protection Officers, with a strong preference for off-duty or retired law enforcement personnel, to support VIP clients, private events, and high-profile assignments throughout Los Angeles. This is an on-call, as-needed position, with assignments based on client needs and event schedules.
Officers will provide close protection, maintain a secure environment, and ensure the safety of clients, staff, and guests. This role requires a high level of situational awareness, discretion, and professionalism, along with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic and high-visibility environments. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>

Assist with crowd control and access management</li><li>
Conduct threat assessments and maintain situational awareness</li><li>
Escort clients safely throughout venues and between locations</li><li>

Officers are expected to maintain professionalism at all times, communicate effectively, and respond to incidents in a calm and controlled manner. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and reporting suspicious or unsafe activity to management.
This role requires strong customer service skills, situational awareness, and the ability to follow site-specific instructions while ensuring safety for staff, customers, and property. Officers must be dependable, attentive, and capable of maintaining consistent security coverage throughout their assigned shift.

Officers are expected to maintain a visible and professional presence, greet customers upon entry, and support store operations while remaining aware of their surroundings at all times. This position operates under a strict observe and report model. Officers are not permitted to detain, accuse, or physically engage with any individual. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to store management. Officers must handle situations professionally, including responding to alarm activations by directing customers back to staff without confrontation or physical contact. Strong professionalism is required at all times. Officers must remain courteous, avoid distractions, and follow all client post instructions. Duties include monitoring entrances, maintaining awareness of store activity, completing reports, and coordinating with store management to ensure safety and compliance with all site expectations.

Wednesday &ndash; Sunday | 4:00 PM &ndash; 12:00 AM 
Position Summary:
The Courtesy Patrol Officer is responsible for securing and monitoring multiple client properties throughout Irvine. This position requires active patrol, prompt response to dispatch calls, and consistent documentation using company-provided software.
Security Officers assigned to a large appartment community serve as Courtesy Patrol Officers (CPs) and are expected to maintain a visible, professional presence while supporting residents, property management, and dispatch operations. 
Key Responsibilities
Patrol &amp; Property Security<ul><li>
Conduct mobile patrols of multiple assigned locations</li><li>
Perform gate openings and closures, lock-ups, and door checks</li><li>
Monitor properties for suspicious activity, trespassers, noise disturbances, and safety concerns</li><li>
Address trespassers in accordance with company policy</li><li>
Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times</li></ul> 
Dispatch &amp; Response<ul><li>
Respond promptly to noise complaints, trespassers, and other service calls</li><li>
Maintain consistent communication with Gardens Dispatch</li><li>
Respond to both dispatch-assigned and system-generated tasks</li><li>
Complete a minimum of two tasks per hour (or one task every 30 minutes) per client standards</li></ul> 
Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports using Silvertrac on a company-issued device</li><li>
Accurately document all patrol activity, incidents, and responses in real time</li><li>
Maintain clear, detailed, and professional written reports</li></ul> 
Support &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>
Assist Field Supervisors as needed</li><li>
Maintain professional communication with residents, management, and dispatch</li><li>
Follow all company and client policies and procedures</li></ul> 
Work Environment
This position involves continuous patrol of a residential community and responding to active calls for service. Officers must remain alert, professional, and proactive throughout their shift while maintaining a strong security presence. 
Minimum Requirements<ul><li>
Must possess an active BSIS Guard Card</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation</li><li>
Must demonstrate strong customer service skills</li><li>
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English</li><li>
Must pass a background check and random drug testing</li><li>
