We're nestled in the heart of Houston in the historic Esperson building, and we're on the lookout for a marketing person with a wizardly aura to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Do: You'll be the creative force helping us tell our story in ways that actually resonate with humans. This role is arguably one of the most crucial for a security company - translating complex tech into content people actually want to engage with. You'll report directly to our founders and get to steer the marketing direction of the company.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Craft compelling stories that make enterprise security accessible and interesting</li><li>
Keep our social channels humming with content people actually want to read</li><li>
Help build and maintain our content calendar</li><li>
Drive our marketing automation and analytics</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors and manage our visual assets</li><li>
Turn technical features into benefits people care about</li></ul>
What We're Looking For<ul><li>
An insatiable desire to create something awesome</li><li>
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li>
A natural ability to explain complex ideas simply</li><li>
Someone who gets excited about finding the perfect word</li><li>
A keen eye for design and visual storytelling</li><li>
Someone who eats data for breakfasts and runs A/B tests to figure out what to eat for dinner</li></ul>
Ideal Superpowers<ul><li>
Video editing chops</li><li>
Experience with Notion, Hubspot, or similar tools</li><li>
Experience with Framer</li><li>
Social media savvy</li><li>
Basic design capabilities (e.g., Framer and Illustrator)</li><li>
Understanding of SEO and GEO fundamentals</li><li>
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts</li></ul>
