Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Client Coordinator to support the daily client experience and front office flow at Allure Aesthetics.This role is ideal for someone who is warm, extroverted, polished, organized, and naturally hospitable. The Client Coordinator is often the first and last person a client interacts with, making this position essential to the overall impression and success of the practice.This is not simply a front desk role. It requires emotional intelligence, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to keep a busy office running smoothly while making every client and coworker feel valued.We are seeking a long-term team member who wants to grow with the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
<ul><li>Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, elevated first impression</li><li>Assist with check-in and checkout</li><li>Process payments accurately</li><li>Schedule, cancel, or otherwise adjust follow-up visits and future appointments</li><li>Help maintain a calm, organized, and seamless client flow</li><li>Prepare clients for appointments including but not limited to: taking client photos, applying topical products, or escorting them to a treatment room</li></ul>
Communication
<ul><li>Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally</li><li>Assist clients with scheduling, appointment questions, and general inquiries</li><li>Communicate clearly with providers, medical assistants, and leadership</li><li>Handle client concerns with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment</li><li>Escalate issues appropriately while helping preserve a positive client experience</li></ul>
Operations &amp; Office Support
<ul><li>Monitor, organize, and help manage inventory</li><li>Maintain a clean, polished, and organized front desk and reception area</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed</li><li>Assist providers with clients as necessary</li></ul>
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is:

Preferred Experience
<ul><li>Customer service, hospitality, medical office, spa, beauty, or luxury retail experience</li><li>Front desk or administrative experience</li><li>Experience handling client concerns or service recovery</li><li>Management, team lead, or HR-related experience is a plus</li><li>Interest in skincare, aesthetics, beauty products, and wellness is a plus</li></ul> 
Schedule &amp; Work Location
<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>In-person role in King of Prussia, PA</li><li>Remote work is not available for this position</li></ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits
<ul><li>$22.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Health insurance eligibility for full-time employees</li></ul>
<ul><li>Paid time off including 6 paid holidays</li></ul>
<ul><li>At-Cost services after 90 days</li></ul>
<ul><li>401k contribution after one year of employment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bonus opportunity after one year of employment</li></ul> 
 
Education &amp; Experience
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>At least 2 years of customer service experience required</li></ul>
