</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><p><b>**Please note, this position can be filled at a 3H, 3G or 3F level based on experience**</b></p>
<p>Responsible for executing and facilitating the day-to-day strategic objectives for a given Consumer Underwriting Sales Territory. The focus will be on supporting the Underwriting Manager and Consumer Underwriters with daily territory maintenance activities. This role comes with more challenging targets and requirements than the Consumer Underwriter (3G) role.</p>

</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Maximize portfolio revenue by practicing sound underwriting judgment and risk management principles.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with underwriting policies; elevate risk issues, and stay abreast of constant changes in policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Limited travel will be required for this role.</li>
<li>Requires flexibility in work schedule, evening hours and weekends may be required.</li>
<li>Demonstrated strong performance in managing key relationships and/or key markets to drive business plan results.</li>

</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><p><b>3H &ndash; Associate Underwriter</b></p>
<ul><li>High school/GED is required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred</li>
<li>1+ years in auto finance consumer underwriting (prime, sub-prime, and/or non-prime), or financial services is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to perform technical based activities
</li><li>Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts</li>
<li>Demonstrating technical expertise and relationships to supply to strategy and drive business results</li>
<li>Familiar with the Auto Finance industry, consumer credit, trend analysis/analytics</li>
<li>Excellent sales, negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills</li>
<li>Must be an independent worker with strong time leadership skills</li></ul><br>
<p></p><p>Base Pay Range: $47,840 - $61,420 - $75,000</p><p><br>
</p><p><b>3G &ndash; Underwriter
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; equivalent experience can be used in lieu of a degree</li>
<li>1+ years in auto finance consumer underwriting (prime, sub-prime, and/or non-prime), or financial services is required</li>
<li>Ability to perform technical based activities</li>
<li>Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.</li>
<li>Demonstrating technical expertise and relationships to supply to strategy and drive business results</li>
<li>Familiar with the Auto Finance industry, consumer credit, trend analysis/analytics</li>

<p></p><p>Base Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000 - $95,000</p><p><br>
</p><p><b>3F &ndash; Sr. Underwriter
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; equivalent experience can be used in lieu of a degree</li>
<li>3+ years in auto finance underwriting (prime, sub-prime, and/or non-prime) is required; 5+ years in auto finance underwriting experience preferred</li>
<li>2+ years leadership experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results</li>
<li>Contribute to and manage projects</li>
<li>Excellent sales, negotiation, problem solving, analytical, and project management skills</li>
<li>Exemplary dealer relationship management skills</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs</li>
</ul><p>Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 - $100,000
