This manager's responsibility is centered on growing Analytics capabilities and emerging technologies.</p><p>

</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Manager function responsible for leading the creation of new analysis to progress the business.</li>
<li>Heavier emphasis on business partnering and subject matter expertise in not only data but how the business operates.</li>
<li>Will have oversight over a broader scope and supervision over more junior manager and analyst resources.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of data storing and processing large data sets.</li>
<li>Strong leadership in the data governance space.</li>
<li>Ensure a consistent approach and process is utilized across the company for disaster recovery, capacity monitoring, and data backup.</li>
<li>Assist in the creation of synergies between department on data infrastructure and management as to mitigate risks in an environment where data volumes and regulatory scrutiny continue to grow.</li>

</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>5+ years of experience in data management required.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in computer science or data analytics or related field preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of logistic regression, decision trees, survival analysis, mathematical program is a plus.</li><li>
Strong application knowledge of Snowflake and SQL required.</li><li>
Strong analytical, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple initiatives and efforts.</li><li>
Ability to respond quickly to a changing environment.</li>
