This role blends social media content creation, light video editing, and business development. You&rsquo;ll be out in Little Rock connecting with local businesses, creating engaging content, and helping grow our client base.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visit local businesses and film engaging content using your phone (Reels, Stories, LIVE sessions)</li><li>Conduct casual, on-camera interviews with business owners</li><li>Edit and post short-form video content for BOSS and our clients</li><li>Create social media graphics for current clients</li><li>Represent BOSS in the community by attending:</li><li>Chamber of Commerce events</li><li>Networking groups and lead groups</li><li>Local business meetups and presentations</li><li>Promote BOSS services and build relationships with potential clients</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Comfortable on camera with a confident, friendly personality</li><li>Strong communication and people skills</li><li>Basic video editing and social media posting experience</li><li>Ability to create simple, clean social media graphics</li><li>Self-starter who enjoys being out in the community</li><li>Passion for local businesses and storytelling</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Little Rock, AR 72201
