Real Estate- Legal Associate

Real Estate accounts Executive

<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment property</li><li>Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, lifts, DG, fire safety, and common areas</li><li>Supervise housekeeping and security staff</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMCs, and services</li><li>Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution</li><li>Manage maintenance charge collection from residents and follow up on dues</li><li>Prepare and share maintenance collection reports with management/association</li><li>Ensure cleanliness, safety, and statutory compliance</li><li>Maintain records, reports, vendor bills, and expense tracking</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in apartment or residential facility management</li><li>Experience in maintenance billing and collection</li><li>Knowledge of MEP, security, housekeeping, and vendor handling</li><li>Good communication and basic computer skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
