Job Overview:The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments and efficient day-to-day functioning of operations. This includes monitoring the sales team&rsquo;s performance, managing stock and inventory flow, and supervising dispatch, purchase, and other operational processes to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Monitor and review the daily work, targets, and follow-ups of the sales team.&middot; Ensure sales activities are completed accurately, effectively, and on time.&middot; Keep regular check on stock levels, inward, outward, and transfer entries.&middot; Supervise dispatch, purchase, and other operational departments for smooth workflow.&middot; Investigate and resolve issues like missing inventory, missing enquiries, or incorrect information.&middot; Cross-check data and entries across Google Sheets, Tally, and other internal records.&middot; Take regular updates from concerned departments and ensure data is correct or get it rectified.&middot; Coordinate between sales, warehouse, dispatch, and purchase teams to maintain accuracy and timelines.&middot; Ensure all dispatches are processed properly and documented.&middot; Assist the General Manager in reporting, coordination, and operational follow-ups.&middot; Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports for management review.&middot; Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiencyDesired Skills &amp; Qualifications:&middot; Graduate in any stream&middot; Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in operations or similar supervisory role.&middot; Knowledge of stock management, logistics, and purchase coordination will be an advantage.&middot; Excellent communication and team management skills.&middot; Proficient in Google sheets and Tally software.&middot; Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.Why Join Us:&middot; Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization.&middot; Exposure to cross-functional operations and decision-making processes.&middot; Supportive and performance-driven work culture.&middot; Competitive salary and growth prospects.Office Location: Dhamji Shamji Industrial Complex,Nearby Phoenix Market City,Kurla West,Mumbai.Salary: 15k-25K per month (Depending on Interview performance and relevant experience)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
