<ul><li>Manage and follow up daily operations on online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Talabat, etc.)</li><li>Monitor and update promotions, deals, and discounts across platforms</li><li>Track stock levels and update inventory to avoid out-of-stock or overselling issues</li><li>Handle routine operational issues and platform-related problems</li><li>Follow up on open and old cases with marketplace support teams</li><li>Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, performance, and operational issues</li><li>Ensure product prices, availability, and listings are accurate and up to date</li><li>Upload and update product listings, including content and basic data</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and operations teams regarding orders, delays, and cancellations</li><li>Monitor customer reviews and ratings and report any issues to management</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce / online marketplaces</li><li>Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat, or similar</li><li>Good knowledge of inventory management, promotions, and order follow-up</li><li>Basic reporting and data tracking skills (Excel / Google Sheets)</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle daily operational tasks</li><li>Advanced level in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting)</li><li>Strong skills in data analysis and daily performance reporting</li><li>Experience using Google Sheets is a plus</li><li>Ability to work with large data sets related to sales, stock, and performance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>E-Commerce: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Do you speak Tagalog ?!
