Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary on-camera talent for real estate property showcase videos.</li><li>Showcase the features and highlights of each property with enthusiasm and authenticity.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the video production team to ensure a smooth filming process and deliver high-quality video content and help in finalizing the video content.</li><li>Take directions to convey the desired tone and message for each video.</li><li>Maintain a professional and polished appearance on camera, representing Al Maqyas Real Estate in the best possible light.</li><li>Engage with viewers and create a positive impression of our properties through your on-screen presence.</li><li>Adapt to different filming environments and scenarios, showcasing flexibility and versatility as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent English speaker required.</li></ul>Previous experience in working with Real Estate Company is required.<ul><li>Charismatic and confident presence on camera, with the ability to convey enthusiasm and authenticity.</li><li>Comfortable speaking on camera and delivering scripted lines naturally.</li><li>Ability to take direction well and collaborate effectively with the team.</li><li>Professional and polished appearance suitable for real estate videos.</li><li>Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting filming schedules and deadlines.</li><li>Previous experience as an on-camera talent or model preferred.</li></ul>Note: Compensation for this role will be provided on a per-video basis, matching with experience and expertise.
