Job Title: General Dentist Department: Clinical Department / General Dentistry Clinic Reports To: Medical Director / Center Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-TimePosition Objective:To provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care&mdash;including preventive, restorative, and minor surgical treatments&mdash;while ensuring patient safety, clinical accuracy, and compliance with SCFHS, CBAHI, and Ministry of Health standards, as well as the organization&rsquo;s internal policies and quality management system (ISO 9001).Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical Duties<ul><li>Examine, diagnose, and treat oral health conditions of patients across all age groups.</li><li>Perform general dental procedures including restorations, root canal treatments, tooth extractions, scaling, polishing, crowns, and bridges.</li><li>Manage emergency dental cases promptly and effectively.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-operative instructions.</li><li>Refer cases to specialists when required, following internal referral protocols.</li><li>Perform all clinical procedures strictly within the scope of granted clinical privileges issued by the &ldquo;Clinical Privileging Committee.&rdquo;</li><li>Privileges must be reviewed and audited periodically.</li><li>No dentist may perform any procedure not listed in their approved privileges.</li><li>Privileges must be officially activated and documented through the &ldquo;Sehha&rdquo; MOH platform before practice.</li><li>Maintain adherence to infection control and sterilization procedures.</li><li>Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.</li></ul>2. Quality and Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate and complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).</li><li>Comply with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) standards.</li><li>Report incidents and adverse events through the appropriate reporting system.</li><li>Participate in internal quality audits and patient safety initiatives.</li></ul>3. Compliance and Professional Conduct<ul><li>Maintain a valid SCFHS license and BLS certification at all times.</li><li>Maintain valid malpractice insurance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with MOH, CBAHI, and internal clinical standards.</li><li>Maintain Hepatitis B vaccination and medical clearance from communicable diseases.</li><li>Follow the company&rsquo;s policies on patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics.</li></ul>4.
