We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience to join our growing Paint &amp; Waterproofing Division.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed shop drawings for waterproofing and painting works.</li><li>Interpret project specifications, BOQs, and drawings.</li><li>Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and proforma invoices.</li><li>Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure drawings align with actual site requirements.</li><li>Support technical submittals and documentation processes.</li><li>Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and related QS documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably with QS exposure.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Knowledge of waterproofing, painting systems, or construction materials is an advantage.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work with site teams.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Training and exposure to specialized waterproofing and painting systems.</li><li>Professional growth opportunities within a dynamic construction company.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
