Position: BaristaResponsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards</li><li>Ensure consistent quality in every cup by properly calibrating equipment, monitoring brewing parameters, and practicing latte art techniques</li><li>Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service</li><li>Educate customers about our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and seasonal specials</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, including equipment maintenance and sanitization</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold our commitment to excellence</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of coffee types, origins, and preparation methods</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness</li><li>Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From BD2,400.000 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Waiter: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
