Graphic Designer (Full-time, In-office)Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai, MaharashtraAbout Us: We&rsquo;re a global print-on-demand service that brings stories to life &mdash; from a single custom book to large batches of guestbooks, children&rsquo;s stories, fan-fictions, and more. Our platform makes professional book printing simple and accessible, allowing customers to print their own digital files or use our ready-made templates.Role Overview: As our Graphic Designer, you&rsquo;ll collaborate with international clients, manage design projects from concept to print-ready files, and ensure every order meets our high-quality production standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate design goals with global clients and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Design and pre-flight book covers and layouts (hardcover, paperback, wiro-bound) for print</li><li>Create visuals for our website, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads</li><li>Maintain a consistent, joyful, and professional brand identity across all channels</li><li>Organise and update a library of design assets and templates</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer</li><li>Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Corel Draw</li><li>Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and digital design best practices</li><li>A strong, creative portfolio showcasing your work</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Bonus: Motion graphics or basic video editing experience</li></ul>Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per monthBenefits<ul><li>Sick Leave</li><li>Casual Leave</li><li>Train Pass</li></ul>Interview Process:<ul><li>Phone Screening: Short call to discuss your background and interest in the role</li><li>In-person Interview: Detailed discussion to assess skills, creativity, and cultural fit</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Where do you stay in Mumbai ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
