 About the role:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Senior Officer &ndash; Videography to support the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality video content across multiple formats and platforms. This role requires a strong creative vision combined with technical expertise in videography, motion design, and post-production workflows. The ideal candidate has experience managing mid-scale video projects independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a good grasp of AI tools to enhance production efficiency and creativity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute end-to-end video production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the Video Team Manager, designers, and content teams to develop creative treatments and storyboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture, edit, and deliver engaging video content created manually and with AI tools for:
 </li>
 <li>
 Social Media: Snapchat, X, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
 </li>
 <li>
 Retail Screens &amp; Office Displays: AppSpace content for internal/external communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Outdoor Campaigns: Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) creative
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand &amp; Corporate Videos: Storytelling-driven content aligned with brand identity
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel &amp; Partnership Videos: Destination features, campaigns, and collaborations
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce high-quality event coverage, product explainers, and promotional shoots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate editing, enhance visual quality, and optimize production processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to travel to shoot overseas when required
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Profile requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and motion design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience producing content across diverse formats and platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of AI-driven tools for video enhancement and automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong motion graphics/animation skills (After Effects)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of camera operation (Sony mirrorless camera)
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic to good knowledge of AI-generated video tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Video, or similar) and able to integrate into workflow
 </li>
