 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the 10th of Ramadan City. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will :
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end recruitment process for white and blue collars, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and identifying training needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a strong talent pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and promote employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the manufacturing industry is a MUST, particularly blue-collars
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills in Hiring and Interviewing
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Employer Branding
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Egypt labor market and recruitment channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in ERP systems is a PLUS
 </li>
