<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<div><ul><li>Designs projects and/or reviews architectural or engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws, and regulations.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Produce construction documents using software.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understand construction assemblies, best practices and link with the execution.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Compile all documentation required to submit projects to Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for review and approval. Tracks submissions and responds to comments and requests from AHJs as required to obtain permits.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manages project through Construction Administration phase by routing RFIs and shop drawings to the appropriate team member, responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, issuing ASIs and RFPs, and reviewing pay applications.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Travel to and visit project construction sites to observe construction progress and compose field reports.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Continually learns and stays informed of new systems, methods, and sustainable practices to benefit the collective team and clients.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Actively supports strategic goals of the firm, studio, department, and manager, as well as understand how your actions contribute to them.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor the projected budget and perform within the controls while seeking cost-optimizing solutions.</li></ul>

</div><p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</p>
<ul><li><b>Education Qualifications: </b>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Professional Experience:</b> Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in interior design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects</li>
<li><b>Licenses /Certifications: </b>Professional certification or licensure as an architect or interior designer preferred.</li>

Senior interior designer
