<ul><li>Achieve the provided sales target.</li>
<li>Being watchful for all arrival customers as well as existing customers attentively.</li>

<li>Escort or confirm to the cashier while taking enough care.</li>
<li>Guide the sales assistants to assist the customers to locate the purchased goods.</li>
<li>Provide necessary after sales service.</li>
<li>Display the products and maintain them clean and safe manner which would increase the customer attraction.</li>
<li>Maintain store shelves necessary manner while ensuring all the products/stocks are available.</li>
<li>Develop a great relationship with customers as well as follow staff members.</li>
<li>Assist the team members and customers unconditionally.</li>
<li>Lift and carry the products as an when required.</li>
<li>Follow the guidance as and when needed and get guidance whenever the next step is not clear.</li>
<li>Mandatory to obtain the product knowledge, necessary customer service and merchandising skills with the discussion of the immediate superiors.</li>
<li>Be sensitive enough to understand different languages and manners which speaks by the customers.</li>
<li>Write the receipts and handle the cash machine as and when required.</li>
<li>Responsible for the cash as and when required.</li>
<li>Adhere with all the health and safety guidance while performing duty.</li>
<li>Prepare requisition of stock to maintain complete display and during delivery to customer.</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the section / area.</li>
<li>Oversee other section in cases where the assigned staff is not around.
</li><li>Attend trainings and seminars to upgrade the knowledge</li>

3D Visualizer / Interior Decorator

<div><div><p>The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for the timely execution of risk based internal audits and provide pre agreed reports in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan, as well as supervising the Internal Auditor on the teamed audits and also assisting with other audit matters and projects under the direction of the Group Head Internal Audit.</p>
<p>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p>
<div><ul><li>Discuss and agree Annual Audit Plan.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform special tasks or project requested by Group Head Internal Audit on a timely manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review the Audit Plan for its completion (Monthly / quarterly/ yearly).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review of Draft Audit Programs &amp; Detailed Audit Checklist prepared by IA.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop a thorough understanding of business processes in scope for assigned audits and document the inherent risks and controls within the business processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Independent handling of audits for bigger group companies under the direct supervision of Group Head Internal Audit from start till end.
<ul><li>Conducts interviews to obtain process understanding</li>
<li>Creates/updates process documentation</li>
<li>Conducts testing and analyze results</li>
<li>Identifies root causes, implications</li>
<li>Inform IAM of his/her work progress;</li>
<li>Perform archiving of audit working files; and</li>
<li>Participate in the closing meetings.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>At times, lead the IA team in the audit execution and ensures that work assignments are properly distributed and carried out and supervising the staff during audit assignments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform detailed review of all findings and recommendations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reviewing audit work papers prepared by the staff member(s) assigned to ensure satisfactory completion and initialing to evidence the review.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Upon work paper review, preparing to-do lists, or counselling the staff member(s) assigned as to do additional testing, editing, further documentation if necessary, or how unnecessary work can be eliminated in the future.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Finalize the Internal Audit worksheet and draft audit report for discussion with GHIA and then submit it to the Auditee and obtain the response within the defined time limit.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform follow up reviews to assess the status of corrective actions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains all organizational and professional ethical standards and works under limited supervision</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Represents internal auditing on organizational project teams and at management meetings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Makes recommendations on ways to improve audit work processes and improvement of internal audit department.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Providing or assisting in providing training, coaching and guidance to internal audit staff in conducting audits and on other audit-related issues.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Evaluating the efforts of the staff member(s) assigned, complimenting good work performed, and constructively criticizing work needing improvement.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Notify GHIA regarding suspicious fraudulent activities in a formal manner.</li></ul>

</div><p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</p>
<p><b>Educational Qualification:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or another relevant field, CPA, CIA, CISA, CA, ACCA, CMA</p>
<p><b>Professional Experiences:</b> Minimum 5-6 years of experience in internal auditing field.</p>
<p><b>Licenses/Certifications:</b> CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE</p>
<p><b>Competencies:</b></p>
<ul><li>Good knowledge of professional audit working practices and IPPF standards</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Construction, Trading and Manufacturing</li>

Senior Internal Auditor

<div><div><p>Responsible for ensuring on time collections to ensure that the working capital process is functioning smoothly while optimizing department processes and building a lasting relationship with other custodians within and outside of the business</p>
<p>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Assigning tasks to the accounts receivable team in agreement with the accounting department&rsquo;s goals on Group Level.</li>
<li>Overseeing timely collection of payments.</li>
<li>Monitoring invoicing procedures.</li>
<li>Performing credit checks.</li>
